beautiful models and photographs by Matthew Albanese
Despite the fact that philadelphia will always have my heart, i really love living in NYC. I have found that the people are amazing, there are always things to do, and i overhear the funniest conversations. I also get to see things like this…..

which is the interior of the Prada store at Fashion night out last Sept. (i know…old news…but still cool)
and like this….

which (obviously) is a door to a house, in the back of a truck. I am guessing it was for a movie, but it was still amazing.
every day it is something new.
On monday we went to Bradford Reed’s Studio and he played this amazing instrument that he created called the Pencilina. I took video and then deleted it, so i am including a link to one of his recordings. This video does not show him, it is a stop motion animation, but it gives you a really good idea of what the Pencilina sounds like.
It was really fun. I only managed to see Pier 94 before i experienced art overload and decided i had to go back to the studio and get my homework done. All of the photos for the next couple of posts are going to be from the show. I took a whole lot of photos.
the work below is by Allan McCullum . i have seen his work before, but always in Magazines. These vases are really lovely in person.
